Job Summary
Join Veterinary Surgical Specialists of Orange County (VSSOC) as a Veterinary Surgeon in a high-volume, state-of-the-art surgical setting. Operate within technologically sophisticated suites to perform complex soft tissue, orthopedic, and specialty procedures, supported by a full critical care team and advanced imaging. Collaborate with a collegial clinical staff to deliver expert, compassionate care across emergency and specialty services, with a 4-day work week including a weekend day and shared on-call responsibilities. Board-certified candidates are preferred; board-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Competitive base salary ($275K–$325K) plus 25% production, sign-on and relocation bonuses, generous PTO, parental leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, CE allowance, licensure reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and additional voluntary insurance options. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Board-certified preferred; board-eligible considered
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary college
- Eligibility to obtain veterinary licensure in California (CA)
