Job Summary
Conduct consistently exceptional clinical care with a surgery bias rota, focusing 3 days out of 4 on complex soft tissue surgical cases managed independently. Mentor and support other vets to develop their skills and confidence in surgical procedures. Deliver high standards of care within a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment at a fully equipped clinic featuring multiple theatres, a dental suite, and dedicated patient wards. Operate on a 38-hour week with a 4-day schedule and 2:9 Saturday rotation.

- Confident managing more complex soft tissue surgical cases independently
