Job Summary
Manage a varied small animal caseload involving routine first-opinion consultations, diagnostics, and surgery while developing diagnostic plans and building long-term client relationships. Deliver high-quality medicine and case management from start to finish, contributing confidently to a busy practice undergoing significant investment and growth. Participate in a 1 in 6 Saturday rota and weekend on-call rotation, with full-time hours typically spanning weekday shifts between 8:30am and 7:30pm. Join a collaborative team supported by open communication, where you can advance your clinical skills through dedicated CPD funding and access to specialized training.
Required Qualifications
- VCI-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- previous experience in small animal practice
- confidence managing routine first-opinion caseloads
- enjoy delivering high-quality medicine and surgery
- genuine desire to continue learning and developing as a clinician
- Strong communication skills
