Job Summary
Veterinary Surgeon role at Sutton-in-Ashfield Vets4Pets. 35-40 hours per week over 4 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–5pm) and no out-of-hours shifts. The practice offers a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography and ultrasound, ECG, tonopen, and separate dog, cat, and exotic wards. The team includes 4 vets, 7 RVNs, 4 client care advisors, and a dedicated Practice Manager; it is an RCVS-accredited, ISFM Silver Cat Friendly, and RWAF Silver plus rabbit-friendly practice. Responsibilities include routine surgeries and consultations, working within a supportive team, and contributing to patient care and client service, with opportunities for certificate study and career progression. The role emphasizes consistency, good work-life balance, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative environment. Required Qualifications
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident in routine surgeries and consultations

- Willingness to pursue certificate study and CPD
- Interest in mentoring and teaching SVN/vet students
