Job Summary
Consult and perform surgical duties in a purpose-built Whetstone practice featuring digital X-ray and a dedicated operating theatre. Manage a varied caseload across separate cat, dog, and isolation wards while delivering exceptional patient care. Work within a collaborative environment to support your own clinical interests, with opportunities to develop specialisms in areas such as soft tissue surgery or brachycephalic airway syndrome. The role includes 24 hours per week part-time scheduling, with consideration for consult-only applicants.
Required Qualifications
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- at least two years' clinical experience
- confident with consultations and routine surgery
- excellent communication and client care skills
- comfortable working independently
Desired Qualifications
- interest in developing a clinical specialism
- ultrasound/scanning experience
