Job Summary
Deliver high-quality small animal consultations and routine surgery while confidently managing cases, including periods of sole charge. Build strong, long-term client relationships and work collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team to maintain excellent clinical and professional standards. This permanent position offers 40 hours over 4 days with no weekends or out-of-hours coverage, providing genuine flexibility for part-time or adjusted hours alongside some required sole charge autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Comfortable with some sole charge work
- Calm, capable, and clinically confident
- A team player who values flexibility and balance
