Job Summary
Seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Surgeon in the St. Louis area. Offers competitive salary with uncapped commission, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have a DVM degree and 7-10+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
- MO veterinary license and DEA controlled substances license in good standing, or eligible to obtain
- Approximately 7-10+ years of experience, open to candidates that are coming out of a residency
- Respect for clients and their pets
- Ability to make decisions and direct staff as needed
- Uphold the veterinary code of ethics
- Maintain collaboration with other clinicians and staff
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with eVet or similar software
- Track record of revenue generation in a clinical setting
- Experience in mentoring other surgeons and students
Additional Requirements
- Must have a MO veterinary license
- Candidates must be eligible for DEA controlled substances license
