Job Summary
Lead and support a team of Client Service Representatives and Receiving Technicians; promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture; train, mentor, coach, and develop team members; participate in hiring and employee development; monitor workflow and patient flow to ensure an exceptional client experience; help implement process improvements and operational efficiencies; address employee and client concerns professionally and effectively; collaborate with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership to support patient care and hospital operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of veterinary experience
- Specialty and/or emergency veterinary experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and accountability
- Passion for developing others and building a strong team culture
