Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care across general practice, emergency, and specialty settings including ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and routine medical appointments. Actively participate in surgical cases, dental procedures, and emergency workups under the supervision of an experienced veterinarian. Discuss exam findings with your supervisor to verify plans before proceeding with cases as part of a collaborative team. Engage in case discussions and collaborative problem-solving to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current veterinary student at an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Must provide proof of professional liability insurance
