Job Summary
Provide hands-on canine rehabilitation therapies under the supervision of a Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist. Administer prescribed rehabilitation modalities (including underwater treadmill, laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave therapy, hydrotherapy), monitor patient progress, educate clients, and develop/home-exercise programs. Maintain accurate records, collaborate with veterinarians and the rehabilitation team, mentor staff and interns as appropriate, ensure equipment and treatment areas are safe and well-maintained, and assist with infection control and client communication to support recovery and quality of life for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), Certified Canine Rehabilitation Assistant (CCRA), or equivalent rehabilitation certification preferred.
