Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3–5 years of multi-site, multi-state veterinary practice management experience, including specialty and emergency medicine preferred
- Proven track record of P&L management, business strategy, and leadership coaching
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- High emotional intelligence and servant leadership mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
- Proficient in veterinary practice management software and operational metrics
- Willing and able to travel up to 75% regionally
