Job Summary
Primary liaison between specialty and emergency hospitals and referring veterinary practices; drives referral development, veterinary marketing initiatives, and strategic relationship management to improve access to advanced veterinary care and strengthen hospital partnerships; conducts in-person visits, outreach calls, and engagement with referral partners; plans and executes veterinary CE events and referral engagement programs; partners with hospital leadership and marketing teams on service-line growth initiatives; tracks referral activity using CRM and reporting tools; identifies trends and opportunities within the referral network; grows two veterinary hospital partnerships across Clearwater and Bradenton.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in veterinary sales, veterinary account management, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management
- Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred (ER, specialty, or general practice exposure a plus)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and field-based responsibilities
- Experience with CRM systems and basic performance tracking/reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
