Job Summary
BluePearl Veterinary Referral Coordinator provides primary client contact for referred cases, manages referrals from originating appointment through case closure, schedules new specialty appointments, handles case-related concerns and departmental email triage, and communicates treatment plans and financial obligations. The role supports clinical staff with administrative tasks, collaborates with primary DVMs, and contributes to a culture focused on exceptional client service. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.50 per hour, with advancement through competency leveling; position not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted current authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship required)
- Customer-service oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage referrals and coordinate client communications within a veterinary setting
- Experience or ability to schedule appointments and manage email triage
- Ability to explain treatment plans and financial obligations to clients
