Job Summary
Recruiting Sourcing Specialist for BluePearl Pet Hospital focused on proactively engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines for DVM and Non-DVM openings. Interfaces with talent acquisition and business leaders to screen, interview, and place candidates; maintains accurate ATS/CRM records; generates reports to measure sourcing effectiveness; supports ongoing talent development and leadership initiatives to enrich pet-care teams. Must live locally to the Tampa Support Center and possess unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of strategic talent sourcing preferably in an agency setting and/or the healthcare industry
- Proven track record for proactive outreach and converting passive talent
