Job Summary
Greet clients and patients positively, converting incoming calls into scheduled appointments with a target conversion rate of over 20%. Maximize client call conversion by managing phone calls, addressing needs, and promoting Care Companion Plans. Perform weekly proactive reminder calls to book overdue services, administer patient intake and discharge, and facilitate online pharmacy utilization. Handle cashier duties, reconcile the daily cash drawer, and maintain accurate medical charts. Ensure the reception area remains clean and inviting while working onsite in a hospital environment with pet-related sounds and smells.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience working with computers
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and reaching
- Flexibility with schedules including 10+ hour shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Typing 40+ wpm (keyboard)
- Basic MS Office products (Word, Excel) and email systems
- Remote work is not available

- Handling dogs, cats, and exotic animals
