Veterinary Receptionist

Greet clients and their pets, manage appointment sign-ins, confirm details, and escort visitors to exam rooms. Process payments, handle credit and debit cards, and schedule future appointments while ensuring accurate service and product sales accounting. Answer calls regarding appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests, including making outbound reminders and follow-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. This role requires understanding vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior. Full-time Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, $18 to $20 per hour.
