Job Summary
Greet clients and their pets, complete appointment sign-ins, confirm details, and escort clients to exam rooms. Handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments while ensuring accurate service and product sales accounting. Answer calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests, including making outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior. Full-time role with mixed morning and afternoon shifts, occasional full-day shifts, and every other Saturday mornings. Salary is $18–$21 per hour.
