Job Summary
Greet clients and their pets at the front desk, manage appointment sign-ins, confirm details, escort clients to exam rooms, process payments and scheduling, answer calls for appointments and inquiries, provide appointment reminders and follow-ups, and support the clinic with basic administrative and client-relations duties. Requires strong customer-service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment, familiarity with payments, scheduling, and basic veterinary terminology, and a calm, professional demeanor. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred, but training may be provided
