Job Summary
Answer phones, check clients in and out, and schedule appointments across multiple specialties while assisting veterinarians and triaging patient care. Manage multi-line phone systems, process financial transactions, and close books. Greet clients as they enter the hospital and collaborate positively with all coworkers. Possess comfort with emergency medicine, multiple software programs, and physical interaction with animals. Maintain a positive upbeat attitude and effectively communicate with clients. Work 10-hour shifts on a 4x10 alternative schedule including nights and weekends at this established specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in Berkeley.
