Job Summary
Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm details, and escort visitors to exam rooms. Handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments while ensuring accurate service and product sales accounting. Answer calls regarding appointments, hospital inquiries, and medication refills, including making outbound reminders and follow-ups. Demonstrate knowledge of vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior. Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. This full-time role requires weekend availability with shifts running from 6:45 AM to 8:30 PM.
