Job Summary
Greet clients and their pets, manage appointment sign-ins, confirm schedules, escort to exam rooms, handle payments and scheduling, answer calls for appointments and inquiries, assist with vaccination protocols and basic lab tasks, maintain clean, organized reception area, and provide a positive client experience. Must be customer-service oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor. Required Qualifications
