Job Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for delivering excellent client-facing care. You will carry out reception duties, greet clients on arrival, update records, triage emergency appointments, and manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability. You’ll answer client phone calls, manage messages, process repeat prescription orders, and work collaboratively within a supportive team. The role requires good numeracy and experience with online appointment booking systems. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable.
