Job Summary
Part-time Veterinary Receptionist at Highlands Ranch Animal Hospital in Carmel Valley seeks an outgoing, customer-service oriented individual to greet clients, direct them appropriately, notify technicians of arrivals, schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, prepare and mail cards, collect fees, explain medications, and support clinic operations. The role requires 2+ years of veterinary receptionist experience, familiarity with Cornerstone (preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, typing ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in a paperless practice is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, preferably in the medical or veterinarian field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills required
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with phone systems
