Job Summary
Front-desk veterinary receptionist responsible for greeting clients and their pets, guiding them through the appointment sign-in, confirming details, and escorting to exam rooms. Manage payments and sales, process credit/debit transactions, schedule future appointments, answer calls for appointments and hospital inquiries, and make outbound reminders. Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab terms, common diseases, and pet behavior; maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), professional development, and an employee pet discount. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, typical hours 8:00 am–6:00 pm (8:00 am–1:00 pm on Saturdays).
