Job Summary
Greet clients and their pets, manage appointment sign-ins, confirm details, and escort visitors to exam rooms. Process payments, handle credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments while ensuring accurate service and product sales accounting. Answer incoming calls regarding appointments, hospital inquiries, and medication refills, plus make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience. This role requires previous veterinary receptionist experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, and veterinary terminology. The position offers a salary of $18.00-$25.00 per hour with full-time Monday–Friday shifts plus rotating Saturdays, supported by medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
