Job Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist at BluePearl Pet Hospital, you are the first point of contact for clients entering the hospital. You will greet clients and provide warm, professional acknowledgement, communicate clearly by phone and in person, assess arrival needs and determine emergency priority, confirm and relay appointment details, offer emotional support to grieving clients, and serve as a liaison between clients and the care team. The role requires weekend rotation, emphasizes compassionate listening and a calm demeanor in emotionally charged situations, and includes opportunities for growth through competency leveling and leadership development. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
