Job Summary
Receptionist for Animal Dermatology Clinic in White Plains, providing frontline client service, answering phones, booking appointments, maintaining charts and computer records, handling pharmacy and retail sales, and supporting marketing efforts. Must demonstrate excellent client service, strong phone and communication skills, teamwork, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment. Duties include client service, answering calls, taking messages, booking appointments, chart maintenance, pharmacy/retail transactions, marketing implementation, and general clinic duties.
