Veterinary Receptionist needed for a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining front-of-house paperwork, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. Requires clear communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in person; weekend hours may be required. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and lift up to 40 lbs.
