Job Summary
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet clients, and maintain required paperwork while reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. Perform front-of-house duties that vary daily, utilizing clear communication and organizational skills in a hands-on environment. Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends. This role requires regular on-site presence to support patient care, respond to time-sensitive needs, and collaborate with clinical teams.
