Job Summary
Provide compassionate client and patient reception at a veterinary urgent care. duties include greeting clients and patients, triaging concerns, answering calls/emails, scheduling appointments to optimize daily flow, and handling check-in/check-out and payments. Maintain a welcoming reception area; support team with clear communication and multitasking while being comfortable with medical outcomes and potential exposure to odors, bites, or waste. Opportunities for virtual and hands-on training and ongoing development. Weekend availability strongly preferred; prior veterinary reception experience encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
