Job Summary
Advise on veterinary workflows by partnering with product managers to validate clinic operations and reduce unnecessary user research. Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, ensuring initiatives remain organized from planning through execution. Manage external partnerships by serving as the primary contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners, driving collaborative discussions and feedback. Support product launches by coordinating GTM activities, stakeholder communications, and post-launch execution. Bridge business and product teams to align priorities and facilitate cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate product operations by tracking timelines, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and maintaining project documentation. Champion the customer perspective by leveraging firsthand veterinary experience to ensure product decisions reflect real clinic workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management systems
- Experience leading projects or coordinating cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills with experience collaborating across technical and non technical teams
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
- 100% remote within the USA
