Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on personnel management (hiring, training, and development) and clinic operations including scheduling and inventory management. Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience. Balance the needs of both the business and the staff. Requires previous management experience in a veterinary setting and the ability to work part time on the floor (back and front). Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action. Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.
