Job Summary
Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations at Tequesta Veterinary Clinic, focusing on personnel management, scheduling, and inventory. Oversee hiring, training, and development; guide colleagues toward continuous improvement; balance business needs with staff needs while maintaining a strong client experience. Requires experience managing in a veterinary setting, HR in-clinic functions (SOPs, evaluations, disciplinary actions), and ability to learn Avimark. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, holidays, and employee pet discount. Location: Jupiter, FL with in-person clinic duties.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a veterinary setting
- Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front
- Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, Avimark
