Job Summary
Lead daily hospital operations by partnering with the Medical Director to optimize scheduling, manage labor and inventory expenses, and ensure compliance. Recruit, hire, and coach a multi-disciplinary veterinary team while resolving conflicts and handling client complaints face-to-face. Monitor key performance indicators to drive financial growth and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage client service outcomes and employee engagement to support an exceptional patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary hospital leadership experience
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
