Job Summary
Full-Time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead hospital growth, set vision, recruit and develop staff, enhance client experience, manage day-to-day operations, and drive financial performance while ensuring compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred, managerial experience in veterinary/healthcare settings, and knowledge of practice management systems. The role offers a performance-based bonus up to 15%, potential partnership/equity ownership, a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with strong relevant skills and experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, and industry standards is preferred
- Experience with practice management systems is preferred but not required
