Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day hospital operations with a primary focus on growth initiatives, including maintaining team focus on client growth and retention activities like health reminder outreach, forward booking, and online reputation management. Collaborate with marketing partners to drive successful campaigns while ensuring the practice delivers a premium, white-glove experience to all clients. Manage personnel, including hiring, training, development, and conflict resolution, alongside scheduling, inventory control, and administrative duties required to run the practice. Guide the team toward continuous improvement while demonstrating initiative in balancing business needs with staff well-being. This role supports the hospital's mission to provide personalized, compassionate care through advanced diagnostic tools and tailored wellness plans in the Hudson Square neighborhood.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred
  • Must have strong capabilities in: balancing needs of business and staff, organization and prioritization, data management & interpretation, problem-solving, computer systems (our practice management system), and the ability to both formulate plans and drive results on your own and in conjunction with the leadership team
