Job Summary
Lead daily hospital operations by partnering with the Medical Director to optimize scheduling, manage labor and inventory expenses, and ensure compliance. Recruit, hire, and coach veterinary staff while resolving conflicts and handling client complaints face-to-face. Monitor KPIs to drive financial performance and champion an exceptional client experience across the Roseville community. Build a trust-based partnership with clinical leadership to develop future leaders and maintain operational consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary hospital leadership experience
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- demonstrated track record of resolving conflict and difficult conversations in person

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
