Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of a veterinary hospital, overseeing staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities to ensure smooth, efficient service. Drive financial performance, manage the P&L, and implement strategies for sustainable profitability while maintaining high-quality care. Partner with the Doctor co-owner on hospital growth, set goals, remove obstacles, and recruit and develop top talent to create a culture where great medicine and business coexist. Champion the client experience from first call through follow-up, build loyalty, and grow the hospital’s reputation. Opportunity for partnership/equity ownership for high-performing leaders evaluated annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred
- Experience in a managerial role in veterinary/healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, and industry standards preferred
- Experience with practice management systems preferred
