Veterinary Practice Manager

The Practice Manager leads hospital administration and staff coordination at Hometown Veterinary Partners, supervising workflows, training, and budgets to support a positive, collaborative culture and high-quality client experiences. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing medical staff, implementing customer retention strategies, ensuring licenses and regulatory compliance, managing operating plans, overseeing safety and security, and driving continuous improvement in practice processes and performance. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, knowledge of veterinary practice management processes, and the ability to manage the hospital budget while maintaining a flexible schedule (minimum 32 hours, up to 40 hours per week).
