Veterinary Practice Manager

Lead hospital operations in partnership with the Lead Veterinarian by recruiting, developing, and managing paraprofessional staff while overseeing the P&L, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventory. Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital team and corporate support functions for marketing, finance, IT, and recruiting. Resolve client issues and escalations while managing follow-up communications. This full-time role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and requires a minimum of three years in a supervisory position.
