Job Summary
Dynamic Practice Manager responsible for leading the hospital team and delivering excellent client service. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations and acts as a liaison with corporate support functions (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance). Key duties include day-to-day hospital operations, recruiting and developing staff, managing performance, and ensuring financial discipline (P&L, payroll, A/R/A/P, inventory). Requires a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with veterinary practice management experience preferred. Strong emphasis on customer service, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to help animals and their clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Veterinary practice management experience preferred, although other service industries considered (e.g., human healthcare, retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and assist the team
- Experience with P&L oversight, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management
