Veterinary Practice Manager

Practice Manager role partnering with the Lead Veterinarian to lead the hospital team and deliver excellent customer service. Responsible for day-to-day hospital operations and serving as a liaison between the hospital team and corporate support functions (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance). Key duties include recruiting, developing, disciplining, and terminating paraprofessional staff with annual performance reviews; overseeing the hospital’s P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory; resolving client issues and managing follow-up communications. Requires minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience; veterinary practice management experience preferred.
