Job Summary

Manage multiple clinic onboardings from closed-won to go-live by coordinating integrations, pricing, plan setup, and timelines to ensure every clinic goes live accurately and on schedule. Analyze clinic data to build accurate, effective wellness plans while serving as the main point of contact for clinics during onboarding. Catch and resolve issues before they impact a launch and keep detailed, organized records across all active projects. This detail-driven role blends relationship management with analytical and operational work, requiring you to keep many moving pieces organized and catch issues before they become problems. You will work closely with clinic teams to translate how their practice runs into well-built wellness plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in-clinic veterinary experience
  • in-clinic veterinary experience, especially in a client facing role dealing with invoicing/billing
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with data and systems
  • Strong problem-solver and communicator
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes like AI
  • Leadership skills, especially as a Lead
  • Tolerance for working in a fast-paced technology environment with high ambiguity
  • An interest in technology or startups
  • Dedication to absorb and uphold company policies and procedures
  • This role is in person Monday to Friday in our Troy, MI office
  • You cannot work in person or cannot make the daily commute to our Troy, MI office
