Job Summary
Permanent part-time Veterinary Nurse role in Petersham, assisting vets during consults, treatments, and surgeries; administering medications and providing post-operative care; running diagnostics and supporting treatment plans; caring for hospitalised patients; educating pet parents on health, prevention, and nutrition; supporting clients through difficult and emotional moments; maintaining accurate records and a clean, organised clinic; keeping surgical areas and equipment clean and hygienic; staying up-to-date with best practice in veterinary nursing. You’ll have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) and 2+ years of clinical experience, with a strong understanding of veterinary nursing procedures, confident communication and good organisational skills, and a calm, friendly, and professional presence.
