Veterinary Nurse - Clinical Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate daily inpatient workflow and support smooth hospital case organisation while delivering high standards of nursing care across theatre, anaesthesia, wards, and consultations. Liaise with clients to provide clear patient updates and support discharge appointments, and organise VAN transfers through collaboration with first opinion, hospital, and referral colleagues. Assist Veterinary Surgeons and the wider clinical team in ensuring consistent care throughout the patient journey, with exposure to advanced procedures including BOAS, orthopaedics, and laparoscopic surgery. Work a 38-hour week across a 4-day schedule, including one late shift and weekend/on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice
