Job Summary
Oversee overnight nursing staff in a fast-paced veterinary emergency and specialty hospital; lead shift huddles, coordinate workflow, provide coaching and performance feedback; collaborate with DVMs and hospital leadership; ensure patient and client care during overnight hours; foster positive team culture and support continuous learning; require leadership experience in veterinary ER or specialty, and a veterinary technician/nurse certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a veterinary emergency or specialty hospital
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care
- Veterinary technician/nurse certification preferred
