Job Summary
Lead the specialty hospital by partnering with practice management to drive growth, develop hospital vision, and foster a culture aligned with Trustworthy, Supportive, Empathetic, and Collaborative values. Serve as the primary ambassador for Thrive culture while ensuring high standards of patient and client care across the team. Report directly to the regional director and actively influence hospital direction. Requires a DVM/VMD degree, active state license, DEA licensure, and Board Certification. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
- Board Certified Veterinary Specialist
