Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, and surgical procedures for small animal patients while overseeing quality of care and patient outcomes. Establish and maintain clinical protocols, support team development through training and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations. Maintain accurate medical records, build strong client relationships through communication and education, and collaborate on hospital operations and growth initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
