Job Summary
Conduct medical, surgical, and preventive care for small animal patients while performing diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures. Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff by establishing clinical protocols, overseeing quality of care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate medical records, build strong client relationships through education, and collaborate on hospital operations and growth initiatives. Practice with autonomy supported by strong operational resources within a culture focused on mentorship and high-quality medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
