Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals through comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to promote clinical excellence, while fostering a collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork. Assist with developing medical protocols and best practices, collaborate with hospital leadership to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes, and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives. This veterinary practice seeks an experienced veterinarian passionate about high-quality companion animal care to join its collaborative clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in companion animal medicine
